Lockdown Challenges, 2020

In these troubled times of social Isolation, AD&D Photographic Society is doing what it can to keep its members taking pictures with regular challenges. Our AGM is usually followed by a selection of ‘What Is It’ images, where members take a candid or close up picture of an everyday object. A second pass would show the image in context. As all meetings are suspended due to the current lockdown during the Corona virus situation, images have been posted in our Lockdown 2020 Gallery today (1st April). Important change to January club night.

As our usual ‘First Wednesday’ club night falls on the Bank Holiday of January 1st, it has been decided to move this by one week to the 8th. Usual venue at the Cartwright Hotel in Aynho.

Octobers monthly topic images – ‘Shadows’ – are now online in the Gallery. The usual sub-folders displaying members First choice and other (Rest) submitted images. These images were shown at our November club night.

Workshop Venue Change

We have a change of venue for all future workshops. Unfortunately we are unable to use the Cartwright Hotel for our workshops in the future. All the workshops in November, December, January, February and March will now be held in the Adderbury Institute, Adderbury. Tea and coffee (including decaf) will be available at £1 per cup/mug. Club nights on the first Wednesday of the month will still be held in the Apricot Room, Cartwright Hotel in Ayhno.
